When the Energy Feels Off (and What to Do About It)


Some days just feel… off.

You wake up and nothing is wrong, exactly—

but something doesn’t feel right either.

The air feels heavy.

Your thoughts feel scattered.

Even your space feels a little unsettled.

This happens more than people admit.

And the truth is… you don’t need to fight it.

You just need to shift it—gently.

Start small.

Open a window, even just a crack.

Let the air move.

Take a pinch of any herb you have—rosemary, basil, even something from your kitchen—and rub it between your fingers.

Let the scent rise.

Then say quietly:

“Whatever doesn’t belong here… may it pass.”

No force. No fear.

Just a simple release.

You can also run your hand along your doorway…

or stand still for a moment with your hand over your heart.

These small acts matter.

They tell your space… and yourself… that you are aware, present, and in control of what stays.

You don’t need to fix everything.

Just shift the energy a little.

That’s how it begins.
