“The Tower: When the Universe Punches You in the Face for Your Own Good”
By Darklady
Let’s stop pretending The Tower is subtle.
This card is the middle finger of fate, the explosion after too many ignored signs, and the “Oh shit” moment you thought you’d outrun.
You pulled the Tower?
Congratulations.
Your guides are done whispering. They’ve grabbed the crowbar.
The Tower: What It Really Means (Dark Witch Translation)
Your illusions? Demolished.
Your fake peace? Gone.
That comfy lie you built your life around? Boom.
The Tower doesn’t politely suggest change. It forces you to evolve through destruction. And you’ll be screaming the whole way down—but when you land, you’ll finally see the truth.
Why Dark Witches Secretly Love It
It burns away the bullsh*t.
It ends things that needed ending two moons ago.
It clears space for real power to rise.
And let’s be honest—chaos is a dark witch’s favorite seasoning.
How to Use The Tower in Your Practice
Truth Bomb Workings: Drop it on your altar when you need brutal clarity. No sugar. No filter. Just facts and fire.
Ritual Burnings:
Write the lie, illusion, or delusion. Light it beneath this card. Let the fallout rebuild you.
Breakthrough Spells: When you feel stuck, pair The Tower with red pepper, black string, and a hammer. Smash something. Free yourself.
Hex Fuel:
If someone’s been wearing a mask too long, this card goes right in your spell bowl. Let the facade collapse publicly.
Spell: “The Fall of the False”
Purpose: To rip the mask off a lie—yours or someone else’s—and let the ruins speak truth.
What You Need:
The Tower card
A small mirror
Red thread or string
A stone
Black candle
Pen and paper
Fireproof dish
Steps:
1. Write the lie, illusion, or facade that must fall. Be specific. Names are fine. You’re not here to be polite.
2. Light the black candle beside the Tower card.
3. Take the mirror. Stare into it and say:
“May the mask fall,
The false break,
The tower crack,
And the storm wake.”
4. Place the stone on the mirror. Wrap it in the red thread like you're binding chaos itself.
5. Burn the paper in the dish. As the smoke rises, speak:
“Let what’s false collapse. Let what’s real remain.”
6. Smash the mirror outside (safely, hunny). You’re done. So is the lie.
Final Word from Darklady:
The Tower doesn’t destroy you.
It destroys your illusions.
And trust me, you’ll thank it—once the dust settles and you stop sobbing.
Until then?
Cast harder.
Laugh louder.
Let it all fall.
