“The Star: Not Hope—Power That’s Finally Yours”
By Darklady
You just pulled The Star?
Good. That means you’ve already burned in the Tower, screamed through the fall, and crawled through your own ash.
The Star isn’t some glittery affirmation.
It’s the moment you remember what you are.
It’s not light. It’s direction. It’s the breath after the exorcism.
The Star (Witch-Translated):
The Figure: No more masks. You’re raw, real, and nothing is hidden anymore.
One Foot on Earth, One in Water: You’re now balanced in both the seen and unseen. You walk the line between what is and what could be.
The Stars Above: These aren’t wishes. They’re coordinates. They’re reminders that you didn’t die—you became.
The Pouring Water: You don’t need to keep. You overflow now. You own your power, and you can afford to pour it out. You’ve earned this moment.
What To Do With The Star (Dark Witch Style):
Meditate on it after spellwork, to align your will with your outcome and charge your spirit again.
Use it as a compass card when everything feels scattered—this card points you back to your witch truth.
Include it in ritual baths, spirit renewal, rebirth work, and anything that requires soul-level restocking.
Place it on your altar during your first ritual after chaos. It will stabilize the aftermath and redirect you.
Spell: “Witch Reborn” – A Ritual of Starfire Renewal
Purpose: To reclaim your power after a loss, collapse, or curse. This spell isn’t to “heal”—it’s to resurrect the witch who’s evolved.
What You Need:
The Star tarot card
A silver or blue candle
A clear bowl of water
Pinch of salt and crushed star anise
One small mirror
A black cloth
Steps:
1. Light the candle beside the Star card. Let the flame reflect in the water’s surface.
2. Add salt and star anise to the bowl. Stir slowly counterclockwise, then clockwise. Whisper:
“I do not return to what I was.
I rise, different. Unnamed. Unburned.
I follow the stars written in my shadow.”
3. Place the mirror under the bowl. Look into the reflection. Speak your new name—the version of you who made it through.
4. Dip your fingers into the water. Touch your forehead, throat, and heart. Seal yourself in your new power.
5. Blow out the candle. Wrap the Star card and mirror in the black cloth. Sleep with it under your bed for 3 nights.
Final Word from Darklady:
The Star isn’t gentle.
It’s sacred aftermath.
It’s what remains after everything fake is gone.
It doesn’t promise healing.
It proves you survived.
