There are people who don’t just annoy you—they feed off you.

Energy vampires. Emotional parasites. That one coworker who walks in and suddenly your chest is tight and your coffee’s cold.

This isn’t about protecting your energy.

This is about pulling it the fuck back.

Because if they’re going to leech off you, then you’re going to leave them gnawing on shadows.

What You’ll Need:

1 small black velvet bag

A pinch of dried nettle (for burnback)

A spoon of poppy seeds (to scatter their focus)

A pinch of wormwood (to make your energy invisible)

1 small shard of obsidian or black tourmaline

A square of black cloth with your name written on it

Black thread to tie the cloth

A few drops of vinegar (your choice, but the darker the better)

The Spell:

1. Write your name on the black cloth. If you want, you can add your birthdate or astrological sign.

This is what you’re reclaiming—your energetic imprint.

2. Wrap the obsidian or black tourmaline inside the cloth, adding each herb as you fold it. Whisper:

"What they took, I pull back. What they drank, I drain. Let them feed on ash and silence."

3. Tie the bundle with black thread and place it in the black velvet bag.

4. Add 3 drops of vinegar into the bag and whisper:

“Let their tongue taste only the bitter. Let my power find only me.”

5. Hold the bag in your hand and blow on it once—hard.

That’s the last breath they’ll ever steal from you.

What Now?

Keep the bag somewhere you sleep or work.

It pulls your scattered energy back to you.

It cloaks your aura.

It leaves them confused, starving, and staring at a wall wondering why your name feels like a bad dream.
