Daily Witch Tip – Shadow Spell

Spell of the Withered Thread

When someone’s energy keeps leeching from your spirit… cut the thread.

You’ll need:

1 black candle (lit)

1 piece of red thread or yarn

Rusty scissors or a blade you’ve never used before

A whisper of their name

Whisper while you burn the candle:

“Thread of burden, thread of drain,

I cut the tie, release the pain.

Your name is smoke, your pull is gone,

By flame and dark, I move on.”

Snip the thread in front of the flame and drop the ends in a black bowl. Leave overnight.

Do not speak their name again.
